本文研究了当前我国蓬勃发展的互联网金融对传统金融模式的冲击与革新。研究发现，基于大数据和云计算的互联网金融模式具有支付便捷、交易成本低、资金配置高效等信息和渠道优势。这对中国以银行为主体的金融体系形成了全面而持续地强大冲击，进而改变了传统金融体系的价值创造和实现方式。尽管互联网金融的发展还将面临诸多挑战，但其带来的革新不仅将在多方面重塑现有金融的服务格局，也将在多领域为普通大众带来全新的金融理念。

This paper studies the vigorous development of the Intemet Finance impact to the traditional financial pattern and innovation. We found that Interact Finance based on Big data and cloud computing has Advantage of convenient, low transaction costs and high efficiency of capital allocation information and channel advan- tages. This will form a comprehensive and sustained strong impact on the traditional financial system of which the main body is commercial banks, and this will in turn change the value creation and implementation of the financial system. In the future, despite the development of Intemet finance will be faced with many chal- lenges, but the innovations it brings may will not only reshape the pattern of existing financial services, but al- so brings new financial concept in many areas to the general public.
