基于江苏省昆山市新生代农民工人际信任水平的调查，考察关系变量及制度变量对人际信任水平的影响。结果发现，当前新生代农民工人际信任既受关系变量的显著影响，又受制度变量的显著影响，且制度变量强于关系变量的影响作用。这表明，增加农民工的人际信任，既要关注农民工关系网，更要关注劳动力市场的制度与规范建设。
基于江囌省昆山市新生代農民工人際信任水平的調查，攷察關繫變量及製度變量對人際信任水平的影響。結果髮現，噹前新生代農民工人際信任既受關繫變量的顯著影響，又受製度變量的顯著影響，且製度變量彊于關繫變量的影響作用。這錶明，增加農民工的人際信任，既要關註農民工關繫網，更要關註勞動力市場的製度與規範建設。
기우강소성곤산시신생대농민공인제신임수평적조사，고찰관계변량급제도변량대인제신임수평적영향。결과발현，당전신생대농민공인제신임기수관계변량적현저영향，우수제도변량적현저영향，차제도변량강우관계변량적영향작용。저표명，증가농민공적인제신임，기요관주농민공관계망，경요관주노동력시장적제도여규범건설。
On the bases of the survey on interpersonal trust of the New Generation Migrants in Kunshan city, Jiangsu, the effects of relational and institutional variables on the population＇s interpersonal trust are studied. The results show that at present the new generation of migrants interpersonal trust is remarkably influenced not only by Relationship variables but also by institutional variables, with the institutional variables being stronger. It sug- gests that we should not only pay attention to the migrant＇s relationship network, but also pay more attention to the laws and the norms of labor market.
