地区发展差距的产生基于不同的社会因素和自然因素的综合作用,是各种因素在不同地区之间分布差异造成的.当地区发展差距与民族因素重叠在一起时,地区发展差距就会变成民族发展差距,它不仅仅具有社会经济的内涵,同时还具有民族文化的内涵,并且会对民族关系的走向和发展产生影响.因此,缩小地区发展差距是构建和谐民族关系的题中之义.
地區髮展差距的產生基于不同的社會因素和自然因素的綜閤作用,是各種因素在不同地區之間分佈差異造成的.噹地區髮展差距與民族因素重疊在一起時,地區髮展差距就會變成民族髮展差距,它不僅僅具有社會經濟的內涵,同時還具有民族文化的內涵,併且會對民族關繫的走嚮和髮展產生影響.因此,縮小地區髮展差距是構建和諧民族關繫的題中之義.

The regional development gap arises from comprehensive effects based on different social factors and natural factors, which is caused by a variety of factors which are distributed in different regions. When the overlap of regional development gap and ethnic factors appears, the regional development gap is becoming ethnic development gap, and it is not only a connotation of society and economy, but also a connotation of ethnic culture. The regional development gap affects tendency and development of ethnic relations, therefore, the regional development gap should be reduced in order to construct harmonious ethnic relations.
