The paper defines the concept the forest ecological asserts, and constructs and simulates a stochastic con trol pricing model applying the portfolio theory, then offer some proposals and results about management and pric ing decisions for the forest ecological asserts: the government and the market may play a role in the effect on the economic pricing by means of some economic and administrative measures, such as timber price, taxation, reward, penalty, dynamic compensation, then facilitate ecological compensation and trading, and finally produce synthetic economical, ecological and social benefit of the forest ecosystem.
