青苗会是土族村落中普遍存在的一种独特的民间组织，它以宗教信仰为基础，以村庙为活动中心，形成了“一庙一组织”的组织格局。土族青苗会是血缘、地缘和神缘相结合的产物，在庙神祭祀、农田管理和纠纷调解等事务中发挥着重要作用，它是土族民众自主管理社区和充分利用社会文化资源的综合体现。改革开放，尤其是20世纪90年代以来，伴随社会转型的深入，土族青苗会在与国家、民众的互动中不断调整着生存策略，焕发着新的活力。

The Qingmiao group as traditional folk organization is prevalent in the Tus rural areas , based on religious beliefs and as the activity center with the village temple ,which forms the organization pattern of “one temple one organization” . The Qingmiao group represents the consanguine ,combination of local and religious relationship ,which also plays an important role in Religious worship ,farm management and conflict mediation . Besides , it is a comprehensive reflection of Tus＇self-management society and making full use of the community resources . Since the reform and opening up , especially in the 1990s , the relationship between state and society establishes a new model ,and the Qingmiao group has adjusted the survival strategies for glowing with new vitality .
