福建是“21世纪海上丝绸之路”建设的新起点,又是我国首个生态文明先行示范区,低碳物流发展面临极为难得的发展机遇。本文以福建省为研究对象,采用网络层次分析方法,从政府、行业、企业三个方面建立福建省低碳物流发展影响因子评价体系,验证低碳物流体系中是否存在着关键影响因子,然后进一步探讨政府低碳物流政策的改变。
福建是“21世紀海上絲綢之路”建設的新起點,又是我國首箇生態文明先行示範區,低碳物流髮展麵臨極為難得的髮展機遇。本文以福建省為研究對象,採用網絡層次分析方法,從政府、行業、企業三箇方麵建立福建省低碳物流髮展影響因子評價體繫,驗證低碳物流體繫中是否存在著關鍵影響因子,然後進一步探討政府低碳物流政策的改變。

Fujian is a new starting point for the construction of "maritime silk road" in the 21st century. as the first demonstration area of ecological civilization in China, the development of low carbon logistics has faced extremely rare opportunities. Taking fujian province as the research object, uses the network hierarchy analysis method to design the key influence factor of low carbon logistics development evaluation system from government, industry and enterprise, to verify whether there is a key influence factor in the logistics system, then discuss the change of government policy about low carbon logistics.
