推进社会组织管理创新，充分发挥社会组织作用，是和谐海西建设的题中应有之义。近年来，福建省社会组织管理取得了明显成效，但还存在不少困难与问题，与建设和谐海西的要求还有较大差距。因此需要从管理理念创新、管理制度创新、管理方法创新等多方面入手进行变革，以激发社会组织活力，促进和谐海西的构建。
推進社會組織管理創新，充分髮揮社會組織作用，是和諧海西建設的題中應有之義。近年來，福建省社會組織管理取得瞭明顯成效，但還存在不少睏難與問題，與建設和諧海西的要求還有較大差距。因此需要從管理理唸創新、管理製度創新、管理方法創新等多方麵入手進行變革，以激髮社會組織活力，促進和諧海西的構建。
추진사회조직관리창신，충분발휘사회조직작용，시화해해서건설적제중응유지의。근년래，복건성사회조직관리취득료명현성효，단환존재불소곤난여문제，여건설화해해서적요구환유교대차거。인차수요종관리이념창신、관리제도창신、관리방법창신등다방면입수진행변혁，이격발사회조직활력，촉진화해해서적구건。
Promoting the innovation of social organizations management and giving a full play to the social organizations superiority are intrinsic elements of building harmonious zone on the west coast of Taiwan Strait. In recent years, accompanied by remarkable achievements, there are a number of difficulties in the manage- ment of social organizations in Fujian, which have enlarged the gap to the requirements of the building harmo- nious zone on the west coast of Taiwan Strait. Therefore, it is apparently necessary to promote the reform from many aspects including the innovation of the management concept, management system, management style and etc. , which can stimulate the vitality of social organizations and promote the building harmonious zone on the west coast of Taiwan Strait.
