房地产业因其产业链长、关联度高、带动力强，已经发展成为我国国民经济的支柱性产业。研究房地产业与其他产业的关联度问题对于推动各个产业的健康发展，保障国民经济的安全运行有着重要意义。本文以2002、2007年投入产出表为依据，通过计算对比房地产业与其他产业前向、后向以及环向关联度来分析房地产业与各个产业之间的内在联系，并以此来定位房地产业在当代我国国民经济中的地位以及未来发展的方向。

Because of its long industrial chain, high correlation and strong driving force, the real es- tate industry has become a pillar industry of the national economy. Correlation studies of the real es- tate industry and other industries have an important significance on promoting the healthy development of various industries and ensuring the safe operation of the national economy. In this paper, as the ba- sis of the Input-output tables in 2002, 2007, the contemporary position and future direction of the real estate industry in national economic development in China would be determined by calculating, com- paring and analyzing the forward, backward and hoop correlation of the real estate and other industries.
