高校党支部凝聚力建设是党组织建设的重要内容，直接关系到高校党支部的战斗堡垒作用能否顺利实现和充分发挥。党的群众路线是把马克思列宁主义关于人民群众是历史的创造者的原理系统地运用在党的全部活动中，形成党在一切工作中的群众路线。在高校党支部凝聚力建设的具体实践中，必须始终坚持好群众路线这一优良传统和工作方法。因为，“一切为了群众，一切依靠群众”是高校党支部凝聚力建设的根本目的和动力，“从群众中来、到群众中去”是高校党支部凝聚力建设的内在要求和根本方法。

In the practice of constructing party branch＇s cohesive force in universities, the excellent tradition and working method of depending on mass line should be insisted on for, in this construction, ＂all are for the mass, all depend on mass＂ is the fundamental aim and impetus, and ＂coming from mass and going to mass＂ is the intrinsic requirement and basic method.
