In the academic journal market, in order to enhance the development of journals of local universities, it should bring their strengths into full play to build columns with regional characteristics. To achieve this aim effectively, it should fully exploit and utilize resources with geographical features such as regional history, culture and economy. Meanwhile, it should fight for the support from the university and the local government and source sponsors for research funding at municipal, provincial and national level. Finally, relying on academic advantages of the university, it should build a talented editorial team combined with the hiring of talented column editors and the support from authors and reviewing experts.
