The information is curriculum idea for teachers analyzed and summarized on teacher professional development from this new 'professional development needs. Starting from the four stages of analysis of teachers' professional development, it is noted the development trend of teachers' professional in the future. Some constructive suggestions were put forward, and an effective way was found for secondary school teachers on professional development reform.
