对韶关学院教师教育技能实训教学的现状进行分析，结合学校实际，以《师范技能训练大纲》为参考，重构教师教育技能体系，采用试验班的形式开展了教改试验，试验班的同学获得了广东省教师技能比赛一等奖．

The paper analyzes the status of Shaoguan university teacher education teaching skills training and the real conditions of the university, with Normal Skills Training Program as a reference, and reconstructs a new teacher education skills system, using the test classes in the form of educational reform candying out the test, which obtained Guangdong teacher skills competition＇s first prize.
