基于突破性创新的特征,借鉴传统创新绩效评价模式,从资源投入、技术产出、产品性能、过程管理、商业价值和社会价值等6个维度构建企业突破性创新绩效评价指标体系,并利用BP神经网络原理建立了企业突破性创新绩效评价模型.通过对样本企业的突破性创新绩效评价进行模型训练和仿真验证,结果表明该评价方法可信度高,模型具有较好的泛化能力.
