水浴疗法作为一种积极的体能恢复策略,如今在国外的运动训练领域越来越流行,其中包括冷水浸泡、冰浴和冷热水浴.这些方法能够使训练后运动员的心率、血压、呼吸、新陈代谢、心输出量和每分通气量以及血液中儿茶酚胺浓度增加;降低血清肌酸激酶活性与浓度,降低训练后运动员的疲劳度,减少疲劳的产生,还能够减少细胞的坏死与代谢,降低神经传导的速率,减轻训练后延迟性肌肉酸痛的症状,延缓训练后肌肉爆发力、力量的下降;同时还能起到消除水肿与局部肌肉肿胀,降低运动引起的细微肌肉损伤,防治运动性肌肉损伤等作用.

These measures may increase athletes＇ heart rate, blood pressure, cardiac output, respiratory minute volume and peripheral catecholamine. On the other hand they reduce the activity of CK, muscle micro- damage, soreness and formation of oedema, enabling the body feel less fatigue and attenuates post - exercise power and strength reductions, which helps the body return to its state before exer- cise more quickly.
