本文以新创企业和具有高创业导向的成熟企业为调查对象，对创业学习与创业绩效之间的关系，以及创业导向作为企业内部的战略倾向和精神氛围是否对上述关系其起到调节作用进行了实证研究。结果表明，国内创业企业更倾向于开发式学习，主要依靠企业自身的创新思考和经验反思提升企业绩效。创业导向对创新思考与绩效之间的关系起到了显著负向调节作用，这一方面表明创新思考在创业导向比较弱的阶段对企业绩效的贡献更强；另一方面也说明创业导向可能对学习产生一定的负向抑制作用。

This article based on the new firms and mature firms which have different entrepreneurial orientation. We analyses the relationship between entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial performance, discuss the impact of entrepreneurial orientation as a strategic tendency and inner atmosphere. The results proved that, in China, three learning styles of entrepreneurial finns tend to be positively influence entrepreneurial performance, which are exploitation learning, innovative thinking and learn from experience. Entrepreneurial orientation as the moderator variable, it has a negative moderating impact in the relationship between innovative thinking and entrepreneurial performance. Creative thinking as a dimension of entrepreneurial learning, in the poor entrepreneurial orientation condition, could be an effective supplement to the learning initiative, improving the innovative atmosphere, which will contribute to the development of entrepreneurial performance. Also, we find that in such conditions, entrepreneurial orientation could be an obstacle in the relationship between learning and performance with specific conditions.
