本文介绍了德国洪堡基金和中国博士后科学基金的资助现状,基于Web of Science数据库，对2008—2012年受洪堡基金和中国博士后科学基金资助的论文产出进行文献计量分析。通过比较洪堡基金和对中国博士后科学基金的资助绩效，发现两个基金的资助对学术成果的形成的影响，并提出中国博士后科学基金应加强国际化、提升论文影响力、增加对企业博士后的资助等政策建议。

An introduction of sponsored situation of Humboldt Foundation and China Postdoctoral Science Fund （CPSF） was given in this paper. Based on the database of Web of Science, articles sponsored by Homboldt Foundation and CPSF during the period between 2008 and 2012 were analyzed with the method of bibliometric. By comparing the sponsored performance of the two foundations, the influence on academic achievements of the funding of the two foundations were discoverd, and policy recom- mendations about strengthening international degree, enhancing the influence of articles and increasing funding for enterprise post- doctoral were put forward to CPSF.
