以江泽民为主要代表的中国共产党人适应我国社会生活的巨大变化，根据中国特色社会主义事业发展的客观要求，提出了许多创新社会管理的思路，丰富了中国特色社会主义社会管理的思想体系。江泽民关于中国特色社会主义社会管理的内容主要表现为他对流动人口的管理和服务、基层群众自治建设、人民内部矛盾化解等方面的论述。

The Chinese Communist Party, with Jiang Zemin as the major representative,has made many new and creative propsals about social administration by adapting to the great changes in our social life and meeting the abjective demands of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics, which also greatly enrich the ideological system for the socialist society with Chinese characteristics. Jiang Zemin＇s thought in this regard is mainly expressed as his expositions about the ad- ministration of and service for the migrant population, the self-building of grass-roots mass, and the solution of contradictions among the people.
