采用微波提取麻栎叶总黄酮,设计正交试验考察提取液浓度、提取时间和固液比对提取率的影响,结果表明,乙醇浓度和提取时间对麻栎叶总黄酮提取率有显著的影响((0.01< P<0.05)),而固液比对提取率影响不显著。麻栎叶总黄酮最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度60%,提取时间为每次60 m in ,固液比为1:20。
採用微波提取痳櫟葉總黃酮,設計正交試驗攷察提取液濃度、提取時間和固液比對提取率的影響,結果錶明,乙醇濃度和提取時間對痳櫟葉總黃酮提取率有顯著的影響((0.01< P<0.05)),而固液比對提取率影響不顯著。痳櫟葉總黃酮最佳提取工藝為乙醇濃度60%,提取時間為每次60 m in ,固液比為1:20。

Microwave technology was used to extract flavonoid in Quercus acutissimaCarr .leaves ,Orthogonal design was made to test the extraction of total flavonoids ,ethanol concentration ,extraction time and ratio to the impact on extraction efficiency .Results showed that ethanol concentration and ex-traction time had significant effects on flavonoids extraction ((0 .01< P< 0 .05)) .But ratio had litter effect on flavonoids extraction .The optimal microwave conditions were available in flavonoids extraction ofQuercus acutissimaCarr .leaves as follows :the ethanol concentration was 60% ,the extraction time was 60 min ,the ratio was 1 :20 .
