This paper introduces the concept and connotation of ＂ Intelligent City＂, discusses the hierarchical architecture of ＂Intelligent City＂ construction, especially the importance o{fdata fusion and sharing of the application layer,and points out the key problems in ＂Intelligent City Construction＂, and analyzes the relationship and fusion and developing approach between e-commerce and ＂Intelligent City＂,puts forward some suggestion to strengthen top-level design, high level security and privacy protection and the core function of E-commerce.In the end,several suggestions on the construction of ＂Intelligent Quanzhou＂ are proposed.
