教师教育质量监控体系建设必须树立科学的质量观,把握教师教育的根本要求和核心内容,以理念、目标、系统、要素为内容构建科学的完备的监控体系。要通过实践,探索切合地方师范院校实际的教师教育质量评估体系,引导加强教师教育内涵建设,打造自身办学特色。
教師教育質量鑑控體繫建設必鬚樹立科學的質量觀,把握教師教育的根本要求和覈心內容,以理唸、目標、繫統、要素為內容構建科學的完備的鑑控體繫。要通過實踐,探索切閤地方師範院校實際的教師教育質量評估體繫,引導加彊教師教育內涵建設,打造自身辦學特色。
교사교육질량감공체계건설필수수립과학적질량관,파악교사교육적근본요구화핵심내용,이이념、목표、계통、요소위내용구건과학적완비적감공체계。요통과실천,탐색절합지방사범원교실제적교사교육질량평고체계,인도가강교사교육내함건설,타조자신판학특색。
The construction of teacher's education quality monitoring system must establish the scientific quality view and grasp the fundamental requirement of teacher's education and the core content. The scientific and comprehensive monitoring system should be constructed with the elements of ideas, goals and system. We should, through practice, explore the teacher's education quality evaluation system which is relevant with the actual circumstances, guide the strengthening connotation construction of the teacher's education and build their own school-running characteristics.
