京津冀地区生态治理中存在治理强度不够、受地方利益分割制约以及生态治理成本与收益不匹配等问题。京津冀必须走生态协同治理的道路,通过建立跨区域的生态治理机构来协同地方政府行为,在区域一体化基础上利用市场机制来实现生态资源以及要素的合理配置,通过鼓励公众参与和社会监督来实现区域内生活方式的转型与生态治理政策的落实,最终形成京津冀区域生态治理中不同地区政府、市场和社会的有效协同。

The ecological governance in the region of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei faces problems such as lack of governance, restrictions of local interests, cost-revenue mismatch and so on. Therefore, the region of Beijing- Tianjin-Hebei should collaborate in the ecological governance. Firstly, this region should construct inter-regional ecological governance institutions in order to coordinate local governments' actions. Secondly, this region should promote regional integration to achieve the rational allocations of ecological resources and factors through the market mechanism. Thirdly, this region should encourage public participation and social supervision to promote the transformation of life style and the implementation of policy. Lastly, we can achieve the efficient collaboration of government, market and society in the regional ecological governance of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei through the actions above.
