采用实验法,对影响我国跳远运动员准确上板率的主要因素及起跳动力效能进行研究。结果显示:优秀跳远运动员助跑后程的节奏较为稳定,攻板意识较强,但应强化步长稳定性训练,以提高上板的准确性;优秀跳远运动员绝对速度利用率已达到较高水平,应进一步提升运动员自身的绝对速度;跳远起跳动力曲线的第2波峰出现于起跳腿的蹬伸期,其形成与起跳腿蹬伸、摆动腿摆动末期的惯性负荷有关;优秀跳远运动员起跳腿快速蹬伸力量(或积极蹬伸意识)不足,应强化运动员快速力量,提高其跳远动力效能。

The study adopts the method of experiment to explore the factors affecting the accuracy rate of board hitting and the kinetic functions of taking-off in Chinese professional long- jumpers. The findings indicate that there is a relatively stable rhythm of late course of run-up and a strong awareness of board hitting in elite long-jumpers. On the other hand, they need to reinforce the stride stability training to improve the accuracy rate of board hitting. In addition, elite long-jumpers need to further their self-absolute velocity since they have had a relatively higher utility rate of absolute velocity. The kinetic analysis of the taking-off indicates that the second peak of the kinetic time-curve of takingoff appears during the stretching of the taking-off leg, the formation of which has something to do with the taking-off and the inertial force of the kicking leg. The insufficient force of kicking and stretching (or positive stretch consciousness ) in these elite jumpers in the analysis shows that the fast strength training is the important means to improve their kinetic efficiency.
