采用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法等,研究核心力量训练对提升女子体操运动员专项素质的效果。结果显示:系统的核心力量训练计划能有效地提高女子体操运动员的专项身体素质;在增强女子体操运动员专项身体素质的同时,应提高单个动作的稳定性及成套动作的质量和稳定性。建议:基于体操项目特点制订长期的核心力量训练计划;将核心力量训练与传统力量训练相结合;进一步优化体操运动员核心力量训练效果的评价指标。
採用文獻資料法、實驗法、數理統計法等,研究覈心力量訓練對提升女子體操運動員專項素質的效果。結果顯示:繫統的覈心力量訓練計劃能有效地提高女子體操運動員的專項身體素質;在增彊女子體操運動員專項身體素質的同時,應提高單箇動作的穩定性及成套動作的質量和穩定性。建議:基于體操項目特點製訂長期的覈心力量訓練計劃;將覈心力量訓練與傳統力量訓練相結閤;進一步優化體操運動員覈心力量訓練效果的評價指標。

The study, based on the methods of literature review, experiment and mathematical statistics, discusses the effect of core strength training on women gymnasts ' special quality improvement. The results show that the systematic core training program can effectively improve the physical fitness of female gymnasts. At the same time, the stability of one single movement and quality as well as the stability of a complete set of movement should be enhanced. The study proposes that long-term core strength program should be made based on the characteristics of gymnastics; the core strength training should be combined with traditional strength training; the effect evaluation index of core strength training, as a part of strength training, should be further optimized.
