肢体行动受限的特殊学生,他们的体育权往往被人们所忽视,同时,我国的残障体育事业缺乏广泛的群众基础。因此,把特殊学生的体育教育与残障体育事业建设相结合,不仅可行,而且紧迫。让二者协同发展,既能为特殊学生提供良好的体育活动环境,提高特殊学生的文化素质,保证特殊学生体格、人格的健康成长,又保障残障人群的体育权,符合残障体育走向群众化的发展需要,进而促进残障体育事业的全面发展。

Because of limited mobility, special students' right to attend sports is often ignored by people, while sports for the disabled have no base among the masses in China. Therefore, the synergy development between physical education for special students and sports for the disabled is not only feasible but also immediate. The synergy development can provide a good environment for special students to take part in physical activities, raise cultural quality of special students, improve healthy growth of their physique and personality, guarantee physical sport right of the disabled, meet the need of mass sports development for the disabled, and promote disability sports comprehensively.
