With the reform of socialist market economy, labor market gradually have formed, set up and become mature and perfect. To enhance the competitiveness of China lies in the quality of the enterprise to strengthen and upgrade and the change of government functions. This paper will be based on economic and social transformation as the background since the reform and opening in China. It expounds the economic transition period the evolution of China's labor labor management system; And gradually breaking the old labor management framework, probe the trend of labor management system combining with enterprises,workers and tripartite coordination of government.
