党的十七大提出了经济发展方式转变，围绕着如何实现这一转变，十八大给予了系统且明确的回答，即通过创新驱动实现经济发展方式的根本转变。本文从科技创新驱动的要素重组、产业结构升级和需求结构优化三个视角，探讨了科技创新支撑经济发展方式转变的动力机制。

Changing economy development model is proposed in the 17th Congress of the Party. About how to change our economy de- velopment model, its answer is that economy development model should been changed by innovation. How to change economy develop- ment model by innovation, especially by science and technology innovation？ This paper discusses its dynamic mechanisms from three oerspectives as following： element structure reorganization, industry structure una＇radinz and demand structure ontimization.
