伴随海洋战略性新兴产业的兴起，浙江省须进一步提高海洋高等教育办学水平，全面对接海洋战略性新兴产业，增强高等教育对海洋经济的支撑引领作用。其海洋学科专业建设的改进策略：科学规划，高端引领涉海学科专业健康发展；整合资源，实现海洋高等教育学科专业资源互动共享；融合统筹，提升海洋高等教育人才培养层次。

반수해양전략성신흥산업적흥기，절강성수진일보제고해양고등교육판학수평，전면대접해양전략성신흥산업，증강고등교육대해양경제적지탱인령작용。기해양학과전업건설적개진책략：과학규화，고단인령섭해학과전업건강발전；정합자원，실현해양고등교육학과전업자원호동공향；융합통주，제승해양고등교육인재배양층차。
With the rise of strategic marine emerging industry, Zhejiang Province should further improve the level of marine higher education and deal comprehensively with strategic marine emerging industries, in order to enhance the leading role of higher education to the marine economy. The improving strategies about the professional construction of marine discipline are as follows ： to plan scientifically and lead correctly the healthy development of marine discipline; to integrate resources and realize the interaction and sharing of professional resources among marine higher education disciplines; to plan as a whole and improve the talent training level of marine higher education.
