首都科技条件平台通过“北京模式”的探索，形成了建设三类主体、整合三类资源、开展四类服务的运行模式，已成为全国范围内最具影响力的创新服务平台之一，也是北京科技创新服务体系的重要组成部分。三类主体中，区县工作站起步较晚、基础还很薄弱。近年来，北京市科委在推动工作站进一步完善制度、探索服务模式，搭建首都科技条件平台服务区县工作等方面做了大量工作。重点介绍了首都科技条件平台丰台工作站的工作实践和取得的成效。
수도과기조건평태통과“북경모식”적탐색，형성료건설삼류주체、정합삼류자원、개전사류복무적운행모식，이성위전국범위내최구영향력적창신복무평태지일，야시북경과기창신복무체계적중요조성부분。삼류주체중，구현공작참기보교만、기출환흔박약。근년래，북경시과위재추동공작참진일보완선제도、탐색복무모식，탑건수도과기조건평태복무구현공작등방면주료대량공작。중점개소료수도과기조건평태봉태공작참적공작실천화취득적성효。
T he capital of science and technology platform based on ＆quot;Beijing mode＆quot; of operation mode of construction , formed the three main ,integration of the three resources ,to carry out the four class of service ,has become one of the most influential innovation service platform nationwide ,and an important part of the Beijing science and technology inno-vation service system .Three kinds of main body ,the station started late ,is still very weak foundation .In recent years , Beijing city committee of science and technology in promoting the workstation to further improve the system ,exploring the service mode ,building capital science and technology platform service district has done a lot of work .Introduced the work-ing practice in conditions of science and technology platform of Fengtai workstation and achievements .
