随着退役士兵职业教育和技能培训政策的逐步实施，退役士兵接受教育培训的机会增加、热情上涨．但仍有相当一部分退役士兵对此政策不了解。或是因故未能参加培训。退役士兵对教育培训的满意度不高．能否提供专业技术培训、根据市场就业需求开展培训和掌握了一技之长是影响满意度的主要因素。研究认为。应加大宣传力度，提高退役士兵对此政策的知晓率和认同度；由省（直辖市）统一组织培训。提高教育培训的质量和选择性；扩大订单式培训比例，提高教育培训的针对性和满意度。

Along with the implementation of the retired soldiers education training policy, opportunities that retired soldiers to accept education training have been increased and their enthusiasm have been risen. But there were still quite a number of retired soldiers didn＇t know this policy, or for some reasons failing to attend training. Meanwhile, the satisfaction of the education and training of the retired soldiers was not high, and to provide professional technical training, carry out the training according to the employment market demand and master the skills are the main factors influencing the degree of satisfaction. This research believed that it should step up publicity to improve the awareness and perception of retired soldiers to this policy; by means of the provincial （municipal） unified organization training to improve the quality of education training; by expanding the proportion of ordering training to selectively improve pertinence and satisfaction of the education training.
