我国商业银行表外业务一直发展缓慢，近年来却在利率市场化进程中快速发展，成为银行盈利的新增长点。现有研究大多集中在商业银行多元化经营对业绩的影响方面，而对表外业务对传统存贷款业务影响的研究较少。本文分析了利率市场化进程中我国商业银行表外业务的发展现状和动因，并利用15家上市银行的数据从替代效应和溢出效应的角度对表外业务对传统业务的影响进行了实证研究，就其存在的问题提出了探索健康开展表外业务的对策建议。

Along with the constant and gradual advances of interest rate marketalization and financial reiorm, interest margins of loans and deposits in China＇s commercial banks are shrinking increasingly as the horizontal competition becomes further fiercer making the financial institutions with the representative of commercial banks confronted with severe challenge. In order to adapt to the new circumstances of the process of interest rate marketalization, it is imperative that China＇s commercial banks re-explore the new path of survival and development. As the new growth, key and acting point of commercial banks, off-balance sheet activities are noted for the features of low cost, high earnings, and less capital demand, bringing in enormous vigor for commercial banks. Meanwhile, the portion of off-balance sheet activities in business structure of commercial banks rises constantly, which has more and more crucial impact on traditional business of loans and deposits. Therefore, in light of the dominant role of the traditional business of loans and deposits in China＇s commercial business, the exploration of healthy development of off-balance sheet activities becomes a common issue of commercial banks and regulators in China.
