通过对10家企业一手资料和34家企业二手资料的扎根理论分析，本文提炼出平台模式构成要素的初始模型；借助社会网络分析法进一步对该要素初始模型进行提炼，得到平台模式的核心要素及关系结构。在此基础上构建起包括基础层、服务层和价值层在内的平台模式的表达形式。研究发现作为价值逻辑的平台模式同传统商业模式存在着显著差异，如平台模式价值逻辑的多重性与非线性、价值逻辑各阶段相互分离等。

The paper put forwards the initial model of platform mode elements by analyzing 10 enterprises＇ fist-hand and 34 enterprises＇ secondary data with Grounded theory. Then the paper further refined the initial model, getting core elements and their mutual relationship of platform mode by social network analysis. On the above, an expressing form of platform business model was proposed which included the base layer, service layer and value net. The study found plat- form model with value logic, there was significant differences with traditional enterprise business mode, such as the multiplicity and non - linearity of platforms mode value logic, and the mutual separation of each stage of platform mode logic value.
