高校的体育课教学已经成为学生全面发展的重要手段,对学生形体的塑造和礼仪的教育越来越成为高校教育的重要内容。将形体训练与礼仪教育相结合,融合到高校体育课教学中,成为一个具有开创性的尝试。将形体课程的内容与礼仪教育的内容有机整合,构建出系统完善、目标明确、内容详细的形体礼仪课程,将形体训练的操作性与礼仪教育的理论性相结合,使得形体课程摆脱单纯的练习形式,赋予其人文教育气息。为在大学生中开展形体塑造和礼仪教育提供一个有效的学习途径,拓展体育课的课程价值。通过文献资料、访谈、教学实验和问卷等研究方法,构建了较为系统和完善的大学形体礼仪课程体系,并对实验过程和结果进行了评价。研究结果表明,设计并实施的形体礼仪课程是可行的,并能在高校教学实践中进行广泛的运用。

The sports teaching of Colleges and Universities has become an important means of students'comprehensive development. The body shaping and etiquette teaching for students is increasingly becoming an important part of University education. Integrating the physical training and etiquette education together becomes an innovative attempt. This study integrates the contents of the body shaping curriculum and etiquette education together to construct perfect system, targeted content and refined body shaping etiquette courses. Uniting the operability of physical training and the theoretical of etiquette education can get rid of body - shaping curriculum's simple exercise forms and give it humanities and the breath of life. It provides an effective way of learning for college students to carry out body shaping and etiquette education, and expand the value of physical course. This paper adopts literature, interviews, teaching experiment, survey and other research methods, constructing a more systematic and comprehensive University body shaping and etiquette curriculum system. All the experiment procedures and results are evaluated. The results show that the body shaping and etiquette course which this study designed and implemented is successful and can be widely used in teaching practice in colleges and universities.
