日本是较重视家庭教育的国家,自20世纪40年代中期后,通过制定法律法规,促进全社会参与,充分发挥地方公共团体的主导性,从市町村、都道府县和国家三个层面组织实施,各自担负着相应的职能。通过国家与地方自治体的共同努力,保障了家庭教育的有序运行机制。

일본시교중시가정교육적국가,자20세기40년대중기후,통과제정법율법규,촉진전사회삼여,충분발휘지방공공단체적주도성,종시정촌、도도부현화국가삼개층면조직실시,각자담부착상응적직능。통과국가여지방자치체적공동노력,보장료가정교육적유서운행궤제。
There are more and more problems in family tion from the late 1940s,primarily through making laws and education. Japan has put emphasis on family educaregula whole society and making the local public groups to play a dominant tions, promoting extensive participation of the role in family education. With their respective responsibilities, Municipalities, Prefectures and government work together to undertake the cause. Through the combined efforts of state and local autonomous organizations, family education was guaranteed. The article wishes to provide a good example for service support system of Chinese family education.
