旅游业的高关联性和敏感性使之极易受到各种危机事件的冲击和影响,对旅游危机的影响进行有效评价并采取应对措施是实现旅游业可持续发展的关键。文本在研究国内外文献和听取专家意见的基础上,筛选出5个维度19个指标的评价体系,并运用因子分析法提取出经济、社会文化、心理及环境影响4个公因子,构建了旅游危机影响评价指标体系和模型。通过模型测算可知日本“三一一”大地震因诱发海啸及核泄漏对其旅游业的总体影响较大,其中环境影响最大,心理影响其次,经济和社会文化影响相对较小。为最大限度消弭危机造成的影响,目的地政府应及时进行信息沟通、构建安全保障机制、开展灵活的宣传促销等措施。

The higher correlation and sensitivity of tourism makes it prone to impact from various crises and efficient assessment of tourist crisis coupled with corresponding measures adopted is a key to sustainable development in tourism. On the basis of literature research at home and abroad, we have sieved out assessment system on 19 indicators in 5 dimensions, adopted factor analytic methods to extract 4 common factors from economy, social culture, mentality and environment influence; construct assessment system and mod- el affected by tourism crisis. Through model calculation, we learn "3. ll"strong quake in Japan has bigger impact on tourism on the whole as a result of tidal wave and nuclear leakage, with environment suffering most,followed by psychology and economic and social culture. In order to minimize effect caused by crisis, the destination government should timely make information communication, con- struct security mechanism and carry out flexible promotion.
