以河北省盐山县晚清民初部分地契为样本，通过对所收集地契的数量、类别等基本状况及主要特征的论述，进而对河北农村土地流转问题进行探讨，以期反映当时河北农村社会状况。

Based on the section title of Yanshan County of Hebei Province in late Qing Dynasty, through illustrating the basic conditions, such as the quantity, the collected land types and main characteristics of the problem, this paper discusses the rural land circulation in Hebei, in order to reflect the social status of rural Hebei at that time.
