本研究通过对西南两县农村寄宿制学校教师满意度调查,发现寄宿制教师在人际关系和经济状况两个维度的满意度上显著低于非寄宿制教师群体,其他维度上两个群体不存在显著性差异。结合访谈资料,为了提高教师满意度,应该为农村寄宿制学校配备专门的生活教师,提高农村教师生活待遇,改善值班教师的生活条件。
本研究通過對西南兩縣農村寄宿製學校教師滿意度調查,髮現寄宿製教師在人際關繫和經濟狀況兩箇維度的滿意度上顯著低于非寄宿製教師群體,其他維度上兩箇群體不存在顯著性差異。結閤訪談資料,為瞭提高教師滿意度,應該為農村寄宿製學校配備專門的生活教師,提高農村教師生活待遇,改善值班教師的生活條件。
본연구통과대서남량현농촌기숙제학교교사만의도조사,발현기숙제교사재인제관계화경제상황량개유도적만의도상현저저우비기숙제교사군체,기타유도상량개군체불존재현저성차이。결합방담자료,위료제고교사만의도,응해위농촌기숙제학교배비전문적생활교사,제고농촌교사생활대우,개선치반교사적생활조건。
By the research of the teachers' satisfaction in two counties in the southwest, this study found that boarding teachers' satisfaction is lower than non boarding teachers' satisfaction in two dimensions: interpersonal relationship and economic status. Combined with interviews data, in order to improve teachers' satisfaction, the author suggests that boarding schools in rural areas should be equipped with specialized life teachers and teachers' living treatment as well as the living conditions of teachers on duty should be improved.
