本文对不同学派有关劳资分配和经济增长关系的理论思想进行了比较性的梳理与评析，批评了当前主流经济学相关理论的重要不足，并主张使用Bhaduri-Marglin模型作为研究此类问题的理论基础。随后笔者通过构建计量经济模型，并分析1978—2012年的时间序列数据，对我国劳动收入份额影响经济增长率的情况展开了实证研究。结果表明，现阶段我国呈现“工资拉动增长”的类型，劳动收入份额提高对消费需求增长率的促进作用明显超过它对投资和净出口增长率的抑制作用，因而总体上会促进经济增长．公平与效率的目标相容。要实现“扩内需、稳增长、调结构”，关键在于建立一套有助于提升劳动收入份额的制度体系和调控手段。

The paper makes a comparative review and evaluation of the theories about the relationships between labor-capital distribution and economic growth of different schools along the history of economic thoughts, and then criticizes the mainstream theories and suggests using Bhaduri-Marglin model as the theoretical basis for the relevant research. Later, by formulating the econometric model and analyzing time series data from 1978 to 2012, the paper makes an empirical research into the impact of labor share on economic growth in China. It finds that the positive effect of labor share on consumption demand growth is much more than its negative effect on investment and net export growth, so that growth in China is wage-led at present, which means increasing labor share promotes growth, and the goals of equality and efficiency supports each other. The key to ＇Stabilizing Growth, Expanding Domestic Demand and Optimizing Structure＇ is to establishing a set of pro-labor institutions and regulation tools.
