城乡二元结构是制约我国社会发展一体化的主要障碍，农民工群体的体育权利缺位现象严重。新型城镇化改革背景下，农民工体育权利具有平等性需求和多样性需求，同时也面临重大机遇。新形城镇化的改革可以促使农民工享有市民体育福利，分享体育产业发展成果，享有体育文化诉求。

Urban-rural structure is the major obstacle for the social development .Lacking of sports rights is a normal question to the migrant workers .During the new -type urbanization ,migrant workers need to be treated as urban resi-dent ,and also they have special demands for sports right .The new -type urbanization will make sure that the migrant workers have the same welfare as citizen ,share the fruits of the sports industry development ,and meet the needs of the sports cultural .
