金融服务外包已成为国际外包市场的主流，我国金融服务外包也成为不可避免的趋势。通过Logistic模型对我国金融服务外包决策因素进行实证研究，结果表明，承包商的人力资源水平、政策支持、承包商基础设施与品牌和信誉、市场规模及其竞争性等因素对金融机构业务外包决策起到正向作用；金融机构对承包商的依存性、知识产权保护、外包业务复杂性、经济运行不确定性等因素会在外包决策过程中发挥反向作用，这对于规避金融服务外包交易中出现的各种风险具有重要意义。
