通过对陕西省和宁夏自治区的实地调查，运用层次分析法对新型农村金融机构综合绩效进行了评价，结果表明新型农村金融机构综合绩效整体处于中等偏上水平；其中，村镇银行综合绩效最优，小额贷款公司次之，资金互助社最差。此外，采用多元回归模型对综合绩效影响因素分析发现，贷款市场占有率与绩效得分负相关，注册资本、最大股东股权比例与绩效得分正相关。建议针对三类新型机构的不同发展状况与经营特点来提升绩效，从而促进新型农村金融机构的可持续发展。

-Based on a survey of new-type rural financial institutions in Shaanxi and Ningxia provinces, this essay uses AHP model to evaluate the comprehensive performance of new-type rural financial institutions. The results show that the comprehensive performance of new-type rural financial institutions is in the average level; rural bank is the most optimal in these three, and small-loan company follows it, while rural mutual funds cooperative is the last one. In addition, multiple regression models are used for analyzing the influencing factors of it. It shows that loan market share has a negative correlation to the performance score; the registered capital and the largest shareholder equity ratio have positive correlation to the performance score.
