挑选清洁级10周龄Fmr1基因敲除小鼠20只（雌、雄各半），采取1：1同居，全同胞兄妹近交繁殖，测定子代生长发育指标，并进行统计分析，为Fmr1基因敲除小鼠的应用研究提供基础数据．结果显示，清洁级Fmr1基因敲除小鼠初生体重、体长分别为1．25±0．21g、38．99±1．74mm；离乳体重体长分别为8．17±2．26g、122．81±11．42mm；60日龄时体重体长分别为22．93±2．93g、180．19±7．46mm．
挑選清潔級10週齡Fmr1基因敲除小鼠20隻（雌、雄各半），採取1：1同居，全同胞兄妹近交繁殖，測定子代生長髮育指標，併進行統計分析，為Fmr1基因敲除小鼠的應用研究提供基礎數據．結果顯示，清潔級Fmr1基因敲除小鼠初生體重、體長分彆為1．25±0．21g、38．99±1．74mm；離乳體重體長分彆為8．17±2．26g、122．81±11．42mm；60日齡時體重體長分彆為22．93±2．93g、180．19±7．46mm．
도선청길급10주령Fmr1기인고제소서20지（자、웅각반），채취1：1동거，전동포형매근교번식，측정자대생장발육지표，병진행통계분석，위Fmr1기인고제소서적응용연구제공기출수거．결과현시，청길급Fmr1기인고제소서초생체중、체장분별위1．25±0．21g、38．99±1．74mm；리유체중체장분별위8．17±2．26g、122．81±11．42mm；60일령시체중체장분별위22．93±2．93g、180．19±7．46mm．
To characterize the growth performance of Fmrl knockout mice, 20 seed mice （10-weeks age of seed mice） were chosen and monogamously mated. The parameters of growth performance were analyzed. The results indicated that the average weight and length of newborns is 1.25±0.21 g, 38.99±1.74 mm; by 3rd week, the average weight and length is 8.17±2.26 g, 122.81±11.42 mm; and by 8th week, the average weight and length is 22.93±2.93 g, 180.19±7.46 mm.
