学生适合教师的教学:适合教师,忽略学生;适合知识传授,忽略能力培养;方便教师教学,忽略学生发展;强化控制性,弱化主体性;注意过程与方法,忽略质量与效果。教学适合学生就是回到教学的根本,有助于教学质量和效益的提高,体现了现代教学的特征,实现了“教”与“学”的统一,成为解决教学问题的关键。适合学生的教学要求教学要适合学生的需要、兴趣、爱好、个性特征、发展水平、精神状态和特殊性,而要做到教学适合学生,则需要确立一切为了学生发展的教学价值观,使教学整体、全面、全程适合学生,实现由学生适合教师向教师适合学生的转变。
學生適閤教師的教學:適閤教師,忽略學生;適閤知識傳授,忽略能力培養;方便教師教學,忽略學生髮展;彊化控製性,弱化主體性;註意過程與方法,忽略質量與效果。教學適閤學生就是迴到教學的根本,有助于教學質量和效益的提高,體現瞭現代教學的特徵,實現瞭“教”與“學”的統一,成為解決教學問題的關鍵。適閤學生的教學要求教學要適閤學生的需要、興趣、愛好、箇性特徵、髮展水平、精神狀態和特殊性,而要做到教學適閤學生,則需要確立一切為瞭學生髮展的教學價值觀,使教學整體、全麵、全程適閤學生,實現由學生適閤教師嚮教師適閤學生的轉變。

Student adapting to teachers may be convenient with teachers ,yet the students are neglected . It may be fit for knowledge transference ,yet it overlooks the cultivation of abilities .It may make teaching easy ,yet ignore students'development .It intensifies control yet weakens subjectivity .It may stress process and method ,yet neglect quality and effect .In contrast ,teaching for adapting to students'demand is a return to fundamental pursuit of teaching ,helpful to improve teaching quality and effect ,Itembodies the basic characteristics of modern teaching ,In this way ,teaching and learning are united .This model of teaching re-quires the teaching process to meet students'demand ,interest ,hobbies ,personalities ,development level , mental state and specialty .To accomplish this ,teachers have to build up the notion of"everything for student's grow th"and to meet students'need comprehensively and to realize the shift from student adapting to teachers to teaching for adapting to students .
