文化与科技融合是近些年企业寻求业务创新的重要着眼点.结合我国上市公司的具体经营实践,可以将文化与科技融合划分为交互融合和密集融合两种类型.利用2010-2012年的公司年报数据对53家相关企业文化与科技融合的经营程度进行测算,发现该经营度的均值在逐年递增.进一步采用随机影响的变截距模型进行回归表明:文化与科技融合经营度的提高对企业绩效具有明显的提升作用,并且这种影响在文化类企业与非文化类企业间不存在显著差异.因此,对于具备开展文化科技融合业务潜力的企业来说,加强文化与科技融合将会是企业进行战略转型升级的重要突破方向.这一趋势对当前的政策环境也必然提出新的要求.

Culture and technology integration is an important focus of recent business enterprises to seek business innovation. According to the concrete practice of related listed companies in China, this paper divided the culture and technology integration into two forms: One is the cross-integration and the other is the dense - integration. Using annual report data of 53 related companies from 2010 to 2012 we calculate the degree of cultural and technological integration and find in the sample period, the average degree of cultural and technological integration increases year by year. Furthermore, we use random effects regression model with variable intercept to testify that increased degree of culture and technology integration has significantly improved business performance, and this effect doesn't present significant differences between the cultural and non- cultural enterprises.
