To link up applied undergraduate and higher vocational education effectively is to meet the social needs and accelerate the development of the inevitable requirement of modem vocational education. Applied undergraduate and higher vocational education have the obvious industry-based schooling characteristics. Merging industry spirit, ideas and development information to the school culture becomes the school-running idea and characteristics of the applied undergraduate and higher vocational education. The guiding force, cohesion and penetration of industry culture＇s spirit power becomes an important link between the applied undergraduate and higher vocational education.
