工程农业是现代化大农业发展的必由之路。在分析中国工程农业发展情况的基础上,将科技水平、农民和土地资源视为输入变量,创造性地提出了柔性管理理念,构建了工程农业柔性管理方法体系,通过生产力维度信用断点补偿模型、生产者综合素质提升与收入相关性模型、土地规模经营与农民收入测度模型,提出了工程农业柔性管理的具体应用策略及调整方向,增强了工程农业在中国情境下的适应性和可操作性。

Engineering agriculture is the only route which must be passed to the modern agriculture. Based on analyzing the development situation of Chinese agriculture, make the level of science and technology, farmers and land resources as the input variables, put forward an idea of flexible management creatively, construct a management system of flexible management, put forward application strategies and adjustment direction of engineering agriculture flexible management from the compensation model of productivity credit breakpoint ,the relevance model for producer between integrated quality and income, the measurement model of land dimensions to manage and the famers' income, which only enhanced the maneuverability and adaptability of engineering agriculture in China, but also provided a reference for the transformation of agricultural development and agricultural modernization.
