施工阶段工程项目涉及面广,人力、材料等资源的冲突与浪费问题突出,协调难度大,是导致工程造价居高不下的重要原因之一。应用规划理论建立了关于人力、材料资源配置的线性规划模型,以显性成本与隐性成本最小化为目标函数,考虑了人力、材料资源使用的各种约束,并通过实例应用进行对比分析,发现优化后的资源配置模式同传统配置模式相比,显著降低了工程造价,对施工阶段工程造价优化实践具有借鉴作用。

Engineering project in construction phase relates to broad domains, a wide range of resources conflict and waste issues, such as between the human resource and material resource, becoming more and more prominent, what's more, coordination among the resources is lacking of flexibility, these problems all leads to high construction cost. Appling programming theory to establish a linear programming model on the allocation of human and material resources, it regards the minimum of explicit and implicit costs as the objective function, and takes the various constraints of manpower and material resources into account. Through comparative analysis of examples in application, the resource allocation model to verify the optimized configuration, compared with the traditional model, significantly reduced the engineering cost, and it will provide reference to the optimal practice of engineering cost during construction phase.
