新型高校智库建设面临重要契机。以浙江师范大学非洲研究与中非合作协同创新中心为个案，探讨高校智库开展协同创新的紧迫性和可行性，在现状分析的基础上，提出“服务国家战略，创建互动合作机制”、“服务地方建设，深化校地协同模式”、“服务高校发展，强化多元学科融合”等建议，以期强化高校智库的协同创新，完善智库建设，提升软实力。
新型高校智庫建設麵臨重要契機。以浙江師範大學非洲研究與中非閤作協同創新中心為箇案，探討高校智庫開展協同創新的緊迫性和可行性，在現狀分析的基礎上，提齣“服務國傢戰略，創建互動閤作機製”、“服務地方建設，深化校地協同模式”、“服務高校髮展，彊化多元學科融閤”等建議，以期彊化高校智庫的協同創新，完善智庫建設，提升軟實力。
신형고교지고건설면림중요계궤。이절강사범대학비주연구여중비합작협동창신중심위개안，탐토고교지고개전협동창신적긴박성화가행성，재현상분석적기출상，제출“복무국가전략，창건호동합작궤제”、“복무지방건설，심화교지협동모식”、“복무고교발전，강화다원학과융합”등건의，이기강화고교지고적협동창신，완선지고건설，제승연실력。
The development of the new type of think tanks in colleges and universities is faced with important opportunities .Taking the African Studies and China-African Cooperation＆amp;Collaborative Innovation Center at Zhejiang Normal University as an example , the present study explores the urgency and feasibility of collaborative innovation by college-based think tanks .Based on an analysis of the status quo , it puts forward such suggestions as “serving the national strategy and creating the mechanism of interactive cooperation”,“serving the local construction and perfecting the model of school-community cooperation” and “serving the development of colleges and universities and strengthening the interdisciplinary cooperation ”, in expectation of intensifying the collaborative innovation among college-based think tanks , improving the construction of the think tanks and increasing the soft power of the country .
