以甘蔗种植为例，对比分析两种土地流转规模化经营模式相同及不同点，认为积极探索“政府十企业＋农户”模式、建立土地流转风险基金及行业保险、拓宽延伸产业及走生态化发展之路，是土地流转实现农业规模经营的有效途径。

이감자충식위례，대비분석량충토지류전규모화경영모식상동급불동점，인위적겁탐색“정부십기업＋농호”모식、건립토지류전풍험기금급행업보험、탁관연신산업급주생태화발전지로，시토지류전실현농업규모경영적유효도경。
A case study of the sugarcane planting is made to comparatively analyze the similarities and differences between two models of land circulation and scale management, h is believed that the ＂government ＋ enterprise ＋ peasants＂ model, along with the newly-established land circulation risk fund and industry insurance, extended industries and way of ecologicalized development, would help to realize the scale management of agriculture in land circulation.
