文章利用中国制造业2001-2011年的面板数据，用DEA-Malmcluist非参数分析法测算了制造业全要素生产率（TFP）指数及其各分解项的值。然后利用改进的C-D模型和Statd软件就生产性服务贸易对中国制造业全要素生产率的影响进行了实证分析。结果显示前者对后者的提升作用显著，但进口的作用比商业存在（FDI）大得多。进口是通过显著改进规模效率来改进技术效率进而促进制造业全要素生产率提升，而商业存在当期的这种作用为负，但其滞后一期的效果则非常显著。证明了生产性服务贸易能够通过价值链对制造业产生规模经济效应，进而促进其全要素生产率提升的作用机理。

By applying the DEA-Malmquist non-parametric method, the authors use panel data between 2001 and 2011 to analyze the total-factor productivity index and its subdivisions of China＇s manufacturing industry. Then, the influences of producer services trade on TFP of China＇s manufacturing industry are tested through using an improved C-D model and the Stata software. The results show that the scale of producer services trade has a distinct positive effect on TFP of China＇s manufacturing industry, with the import scale more influential than the commercial presence （FDI）. Producer services import improves TFP by promoting the scale efficiency which further improves the technical efficiency of China＇s manufacturing industry. Although the commercial presence has negative current effects on the scale efficiency and technical efficiency, it brings significant positive lagged effects. The findings in the paper verify the influential mechanism that producer services trade can improve TFP of the manufacturing industry by exercising a positive influence on the scale economy effects through value chain.
