汉语国际教育在中华文化的国际传播和高等教育国际化中发挥着重要作用.天津市的汉语国际教育近年来取得了显著成绩,但也存在问题和不足.对此,文章从天津市汉语国际教育的发展现状入手,分析其内外环境的优势和存在的问题,进而对天津汉语国际教育的整体发展提出了突出特色、优化教学体系,实施多元化战略,加快市场化、产业化运营等策略性建议.

International Chinese Education （ICE） , as an important part of foreign students education, plays an important role in international communication of Chinese culture and Internationalization of Higher Education. ICE in Tianjin has made outstanding achievements in recent years. But there are still some problems in it. From the perspective of the current situation of ICE in Tianjin, the author analyses internal and external advantages and problems of it. And then some strategies on the development of ICE in Tianjin are proposed, such as the optimization of the whole teaching system, the acceleration of marketization and industrialization, the implementation of diverse strategy.
